This course on designing training will help you to create an engaging training event that maximises learning and encourages the application of that learning back in the workplace, whether that training event is face-to-face or virtual. It's not about learning the theory; its a practical course that takes you on a step by step journey to allow you to design your own effective training workshop.
It's ideal if you have a training workshop to design as you work through the course, so that you can create it as you go. If not, you can learn all the principles so that when you DO need to design a learning event, you know how to do that to maximise impact and effectiveness.
