Get Ahead with the Priority Access Plan
For the Busy L&D Professional doesn’t have time to join a community
I speak to lots of people who like the look of what I offer in the VIP membership of the Training Designers’ Club.
They like the idea of regular CPD sessions, having hints and tips to improve their practice, and signposts to useful articles, websites and resources.
But…. They don’t want (or feel they would make use of) the community element. So if this is you, you’re going to be interested in the Priority Access Plan.
Why Priority Access?
This annual plan is designed for busy professionals who want quick and convenient access to practical resources to help create impactful training, but without the commitment of joining a community.
You'll get:
✔️ Automatic enrolment in our live Lunch n Learn events (and recordings) to help you to invest in your personal development in a practical way. These are open on a PAYG basis, priced at £10. Skip the queue and put away that credit card. You will have priority access.
✔️ An opportunity to "Ask me Anything". Send me your questions and once a month I'll share my advice and signpost useful resources to help you with your challenges.
✔️ Exclusive access to Top-Tip videos (usually reserved for VIP members) to help hone your training design practice in a super-targeted practical way.
✔️ A 20% discount on self-directed training design courses
How to Guides, ready-written Power Hour training materials, and even 1-1 sessions with me. You’ll also get a discount and priority early access (along with VIP members) to additional sessions such as masterclasses and the design festival
✔️ A monthly email with links to useful resources, articles and websites to provide you with new ideas and tools, some of which aren’t shared publicly.
With Priority Access, you’ll always be a step ahead
I’m Sheridan and I started the Training designer’s Club in 2019 having spent 25 years designing bespoke L&D programmes for large organisations including Kelloggs, Costain, Warburtons, Johnson's Workwear and Johnson's Dry Cleaning, Aldermore, The Ardonoagh Group (Towergate Insurance), Keolis Amey Metrolink, Monsoon Accessorize, Matalan, Bespak (part of the Consort Medical Group) and Brook (charity).
I’ve learned that many L&D professionals find lack of time the biggest barrier to researching and designing new and engaging training. This led to training being created in a rush, short-cuts being taken with the process, and a stagnation of ideas. In short, L&D professionals were not able to create the learning solutions they were capable of. And many did not have a team to help them out, or the budget to buy in solutions from expensive consultants to share the load.
So the Training Designer's Club began as a group to share resources, ideas and advice for these people. Our VIP community provides a supportive virtual L&D team for those who don’t their own, providing regular light-touch consultancy and weekly group coaching AS WELL AS resources, practical guidance, courses on training design and regular continuous development sessions.
The Priority Access Plan aims to provide elements of this for those who already have a team to support them or simply prefer a lighter-touch option.
The Priority Access Plan is specifically designed for busy L&D professionals who are looking for direct access to insights and development opportunities without the commitment to a community or ongoing interactions. While the VIP membership provides a comprehensive, community-oriented experience, the Priority Access Plan focuses on streamlined, efficient professional growth with exclusive resources and discounts.
You’ll be able to submit questions relating to specific challenges you're facing in your L&D projects, and I’ll answer them in a tailored video each month. Whether it's seeking advice on a particular tool, strategy for participant engagement, or guidance on course content creation, the more specific your queries, the more tailored and actionable my advice can be.
Yes! One of the key benefits of the Priority Access Plan is the flexibility it offers. You'll have permanent access to the Lunch n Learn recordings, and be able to tap into the Top-Tip videos, and other resources for as long as your plan is active, allowing you to engage with the content whenever and wherever it suits you best.
If you're unable to attend a Lunch n Learn event live, you won't miss out. All sessions are recorded, and as a Priority Access member, you automatically receive these recordings. This ensures you can still benefit from all the insights and learning opportunities at a time that works for your schedule.
The Priority Access Plan is active for 12 months, providing you with a full year of benefits, resources, and discounts from the date of enrolment. This setup is designed to support your professional development journey over the course of a year, giving you ample time to utilize the resources and opportunities that come with your plan. The plan will auto-renew (unless you choose the one-off payment option), so if you choose to leave after a year, just let me know.
Yes - but only for the one-off (12 months only) option. Just ask me to raise an invoice (and if necessary provide me with a Purchase Order number). You’ll be granted access as soon as the payment is made. If you prefer an ongoing subscription, please pay by card.
