Peer-Supported Coaching Supervision
Using ALS Principles

Why Supervision?

Even the most experienced coaches benefit from time to step back, reflect and gain perspective.

Supervision safeguards your practice – helping you work ethically and with confidence.
It reduces isolation – offering a trusted space to share challenges and learn from others.
It strengthens your impact – ensuring your coaching remains fresh, grounded and effective.

Group supervision combines professional support with peer learning, giving you the best of both worlds.

A Year of Support, Reflection and Growth for Practising Coaches Using an Action-Learning Approach

This group, facilitated by Andonella Thomson, provides a safe, structured space to explore real challenges, build confidence, and grow as a professional coach.

What’s Included:

  • Six 3-hour virtual meetings over a 12 month period (via MS Teams), planned in advance around holiday periods.
  • A small group of 5–6 coaches committed to working together for a year.
  • A confidential, non-judgemental space that encourages openness, learning and accountability.
  • Focused reflection on three core strands:
  • 1. Client challenges – working through real coaching issues
  • 2. Personal practice issues – e.g. finding your niche, building your client base
  • 3. Training issues related to coaching
  • Skilled facilitation from Andonella, who is trained in Action Learning Set facilitation, has been using this methodology since 2015. This approach ensures balanced participation and constructive outcomes.

How It Works

Sessions are not recorded – what happens in the group, stays in the group.
Together you’ll agree rules of engagement in the first session.
