We know the importance of building relationships and collaborating with like-minded people but it can be hard to find the right opportunities. The ones that have the right mix of relationship-building and focus.

That's what we aim to provide with our Connect & Collaborate event this December - a friendly, informal virtual session where learning professionals can come together, share ideas, and maybe be inspired or get unstuck.

VIP members of the Training Designers’ Club are used to attending Drop-In Sessions, and they’re one of the most valuable parts of membership. This aims to bring all that's good about those, but add a more social vibe whether you want to work on something, or just have a good chat, you can.

This is your chance to experience that support and community for yourself.
Over 90 minutes, you’ll be able to:

❓Bring along a real question, challenge or idea and get practical input
💡Hear how others approach similar situations
✅Pick up tips, tools and fresh thinking to take straight back into your work

Whether you arrive with something specific to solve or just want to connect with like-minded professionals, Connect & Collaborate is a great space to pause, reflect, share, and move your work forward.
